EMDR Basic Training with Inspired EMDR
This comprehensive EMDR Basic Training is designed for licensed mental health professionals seeking a strong foundation in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
EMDR is a well-established, research-supported therapy that effectively addresses a wide range of client concerns, with particular strength in treating trauma and adverse life experiences. By integrating somatic, emotional, cognitive, and narrative dimensions, it facilitates meaningful and often lasting relief from distressing symptoms.
The program is thoughtfully paced for optimal learning and retention. It consists of four two-day training segments spread across three months. Included at no additional cost are 10 hours of required consultation, seamlessly embedded within the training days. The program also provides structured course material, practical handouts, and access to a comprehensive resource library.
The training is available in-person and virtually maintaining a strong emphasis building competence on the foundations of EMDR. Upon completion of the training, participants will be eligible to pursue EMDRIA Certification.
